This roll struck a great balance between sweet and spicy. The mango added a fresh, cooling contrast that paired nicely with the heat. The flavours blended together smoothly, and the rice was excellent—each grain held its own without being clumpy. While imitation crab is common in rolls like this, it would’ve elevated the experience to have real crab. Still, a very enjoyable and well-crafted roll.

This one was a standout. The rice had the same perfect texture as the Tropicana Roll—distinct, well-seasoned grains. The lobster was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh, with seasoning that really brought everything together. A generous helping of fish roe added just the right pop of salt and texture.
